Kerala Hindus of North America is the organization for all Hindu Malayalees of the North American continent. KHNA performs laison and coordination among the myriad Malayali Hindu organizations in the continent. We are a non-political, not-for-profit organization conducting cultural, religious and charitable activities with a U.S. Internal Revenue Code 501 (c) (3) status.

As a continental organization, we recognize the diversity of thought within the Malayali Hindu community. We celebrate this diversity and its ability to bring us to a better understanding of God and ourselves.

Our mission is to help continue the Hindu way of life, to create a sense of pride and commitment in service to humanity, to foster cooperation and unity among Malayalees throughout North America, and to educate our youth about Malayali Hindu traditions and heritage for better appreciation of their cultural roots and identity.

We conduct conventions, festivals and retreats to create forums for us to share our common concerns, to encourage active participation in activities befitting the Hindu culture, and to reinforce our cooperation in achieving our mission. After five successful Conventions, we are looking forward to the Sixth Biennial Hindu Convention at Washington, DC in July 2011
