This message is for those who are planning to attend
the Chicago Convention.� Your
immediate action is required for the following:
1)�� Those who have
registered for $1,000.00 or more, please forward your family photo by e-mail
to khnasouvenir@yahoo.com or mail
to KHNA, PO Box 112, Skokie,
IL 60076
to reach before March 31st,
2005.�� Check details
on their website: namaha.org.
2)�� If you have not
paid the full payment for your registration, please mail the remaining
payment to KHNA, PO BOX 112, Skokie, IL 60076.
3)�� A
few have submitted the registration form and not paid at all.�� Please make the payment with out any
delay.
4)�� If you are
planning to travel by Bus, Mr. Gopinathan Pillai from Staten
Island is coordinating this.�� He has already communicated to you
about bus travel plan details.� I
have also attached the Bus reservation form.�� Please contact him immediately.�� His e-mail address is gpillai@si.rr.com.
5)�� If you are
planning to travel by Air, please reserve your ticket before the rates go
up.�� July 4, is a busy travel time
and the rate will be expensive.
