The KHNA community expresses our deep sadness at the passing of Smt. Gomathy Viswappan at the age of 69
in Chicago on 4th march, 2010. She was very closely associated with KHNA activities over the years. She was the chairperson for the KHNA
Chicago convention in 2005, and later served as regional coordinator during 2007-09 period before the Losa Angeles convention.
She had also served Chicago's Geethamandalam for long time in various posts such as the Vice-President, Treasurer, and committee member.
She will be missed by all in the KHNA community in North America.
Smt. Gomathy Viswappan belongs to Akkarappalam Tharayil family in Vaikom, Kottayam, Kerala. She is survived by husband, Sri. Nanu Viswappan.
Viewing will be held at the Colonial Wojciechowski Funeral Homes, 8025 West Golf Road, Niles, IL 60714 on Saturday 6th March from 3pm to 9 pm.
