Washington, DC. June 27, 2011: One of the most successful charitable activities of KHNA is the annual scholarship
program now in its 5th year. KHNA has announced nearly 80 scholarships for higher studies to poor and deserving students from Kerala
this year. Each scholarship is for $250 and is expected to cover a substantial portion of the annual expenses for poor students
in the professional study programs such as Medicine, Engineering and Nursing. The scholarships come from a lare number of
sponsors from the Malayali Hindu community in the North American continent. Please see the KHNA press release below, as appeared
