Tustin, California, Jul 8, 2008: KHNA is glad to inform that, with Vishnukrupa, the Grand Sreemad Bhagavatha Sapthaham
(July 7-14, 2008) has started without any glitches at the Chinmaya Mission Mithila, Tustin, CA. This
is the first Bhagavatha Sapthaham in Kilippattu ever conducted in the North American Continent, to our
knowledge. Please see the

all details on this unprecedented event being conducted for all Malayali Hindu families in the continent. Requests
for poojas and archanas have come from around the continent and are being conducted. Requests can be made
online from the link at the sapthaham web page.
The inaugural ceremony on Monday evening started with the sapthaha vigraham being brought by the Acharyan Sri Mannady Hari and
the Poojari Pundit Sri Harihara Iyer, and the bhadradeepam being lit by poojya swamiji Ishwarananda of Chinmaya Mission. Yajna
Pouraanikas, Sri Parthasaradhi Pillai, Sri. Gopalakrishna Pillai and Sri Radhakrishna Pillai of New York, who will do
the paaraayanam (reading) were also introduced at the ceremony.
The ceremony concluded with Prabhaashanams by the Sapthaha Acharyan and Swamiji Ishwarananda.
Many devotees all over North America were happy to see the inaugural ceremony on LIVE video online at the
webcast page. KHNA and Chinmaya Mission volunteers were gratified
to see from the webcast console at the sapthaham hall that many devotees had logged on from India as well!
